  • Business Information: Business name, EIN/Tax ID, industry, time in business, monthly/annual revenue, business address, ownership structure
  • Personal Information: Owner name, SSN (for credit checks with authorization), date of birth, email, phone, home address
  • Financial Documents: Bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, accounts receivable/payable data
  • Payment Information: Credit/debit card details for service fees (processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 processor)
  • Automatic Data: IP address, device info, browser type, usage analytics, cookies

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Match your business with appropriate lenders and funding products
  • Submit loan/financing applications to third-party lenders on your behalf
  • Perform soft credit inquiries for pre-qualification (with your authorization)
  • Set up and manage merchant processing accounts
  • Communicate funding offers, status updates, and service information
  • Comply with BSA/AML (Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering) requirements
